Dear Citibank Customer,We encountered a processing error while attempting to renew your Citibank Online banking services. This could be caused by the following reasons:
1. You have changed your billing address without updating your Citibank account information. In that case you have to verify your account. After your update information has been processed you will be redirected back to www.citi.com. Please verify all details prior to submitting.
2. Your Debit/Credit card we have on file has expired. In order to remedy the problem we suggest that you provide another Debit/Credit card that can be billed for Citibank Online banking services.
We must hear from you no later than 5 Calendar Days after we sent you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared or your account may be suspended and/or terminated and a reactivation fee of $24.95 will be applied if you choose to continue using Citibank Online. This fee cannot be waived once the account has been deactivated. For fastest processing, follow the secure link to verify and update your information.
Citibank uses encryption for online security. Encryption technology helps provide secure transmission of information along the Internet by encoding the transmitted data using mathematical formula to scramble the data. Without a corresponding “decoder,” the transmission would look like nonsense text and would be unusable.
